Description

It grows as a clump of blue-green, club-shaped leaves topped with bumpy, white warts. It camouflages so well in its rocky habitats in South Africa and Namibia that it is often only found while in bloom. It produces shiny, yellow to orange, daisy-like flowers in fall and winter. The flowers have a honey scent and are generally open in the evenings.
